The present policy of confidentiality and protection of personal data on Internet ("Policy") describes which types of personal data CRISBOAT can be brought to collect concerning you as well as the way in which CRISBOAT, its subsidiary companies, its subcontractors and partners can be brought to use them. 1. Person in charge of the processing

When CRISBOAT collects your Personal Data, this collection is carried out in a transparent way thanks to the presence of information mentions or references to the present Policy. Personal Information is information about you that allows you to be identified, such as your title, first and last name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number(s), CRISBOAT account identifier and password, and any other Personal Information that is useful for the purposes defined in chapter 3 of this Policy. 4. Recipients of the personal data
CRISBOAT may share your Personal Data with companies of the group, service providers (insurance) and its partner boat rental companies, for example to validate your reservation, to issue a rental contract or to organize your arrival at the rental base. The latter are contractually bound to respect the confidentiality and security of your Personal Data that they may receive and to use it exclusively within the framework of the services entrusted to them by CRISBOAT . In the case where Personal Data concerning you are transferred to subcontractors domiciled outside the European Union, if necessary, a contract for the transfer of Personal Data is signed by the subcontractor in order to maintain a similar level of protection of your Personal Data to that of CRISBOAT and to the European legislation. Except in the cases stated above, CRISBOAT also undertakes not to sell, rent or transfer your Personal Data to third parties without your consent. CRISBOAT may have to disclose your Personal Information without your prior consent in order to comply with a legal requirement.
